Pence announced that the Department of Defense deployed four-thousand-100 active duty medical personnel to New York, New Jersey and Connecticut. Additionally, VA facilities are being opened up for coronavirus patients in New York City; East Orange, New Jersey; Detroit, Michigan; and Shreveport, Louisiana.
