Underneath the roar erupting from Sun Devil Stadium yesterday as the Territorial Cup was reclaimed from the Arizona Wildcats, a reckless crime was committed as Tempe students were distracted. Students were alerted via ASU’s Emergency texting service to stay clear of Rural and Apache area following a drive-by shooting that occurred at around 3:45 p.m. The text was evidently written quickly, ridden with typos and abbreviations in an attempt to keep students safe.
